Information about Russian Curling Championship and Russian Curling Cup
In this year it will be lead three Championships of Russia on three following disciplines:
1. Curling Classic (Men's and Women's teams)
2. Curling Mixed (mixed teams, two men and two women)
3. Curling Mixed-Doubles (mixed teams - one man and one woman).
1. Russian Curling Championships
Russian Curling Championships League 2010 consist of 16 men's è 16 women's teams. These teams are devided in two groups:
- Group A (8 Strongest Russian Teams, top league)
- 8 men's and 8 women's teams

- Adamant-1 (St. Petersburg)
- Adamant-2 (St. Petersburg)
- Moskva (Moscow)
- Moskvich (Moscow)
- SKA-1 (St. Petersburg)
- ESVSM"Moskvich"-1 (Moscow)
- ESVSM"Moskvich"-2 (Moscow)
- Unost-Metar (Chelyabinsk)
Women's
- ESVSM"Moskvich"-1 (Moscow)
- ESVSM"Moskvich"-2 (Moscow)
- ESVSM"Moskvich"-3 (Moscow)
- Moscow region (Zelenograd, Moscow region)
- SKA-1 (St. Petersburg)
- SKA-2 (St. Petersburg)

National championship in Mixed is spent annually with 16 teams
